LED Indicators

The main body also has 3 LED indicators (Disk access LED, Status LED (orange),
and Status LED (green)). Each LED indicator on the control panel and main body
indicates the following: See Illustration A.

Status (A 4 , A 5)
*Excluding during paper feed using the Feed button, a self-test, and an error state)

This feeds the paper.

Connecting External Devices and the AC Adapter

Removing the Connector Cover

CAUTION:
Be sure to push the lower part of both sides of the connector cover inward
when attaching/removing it, or the connector cover may become damaged.
To connect external devices, first remove the connector cover (A 9), following the
steps below:
Push the connector cover down while pushing the lower part of the both sides of it
inward to detach the hooks from the printer case. See Illustration C.
Connecting External Devices and the AC Adapter
CAUTION:
Be sure to use the specified AC adapter [AC adapter,T (Model: M284A)].
Connection to an improper power source may cause fire or shock.
Note:
The green identification tape on the cable of the AC adapter is for distinguishing the AC
adapter,T from another AC adapter in connection with another product. The tape has no
meaning for the TM-T88V-DT.
