Troubleshooting

Problem
Unit will not turn on. Main Power
Isolator Light is not illuminated.
Unit will not turn on. Main Power
Isolator Light is illuminated.
Rotor not rotating with door
closed.
Rotor will not rotate while
depressing Rotor Jog Switch with
door open but operates with door
closed.
Oven does not heat at all.
Burner ignites but then quickly
extinguishes.
Control displays "999" under the
temperature display.
"Call for Service" light on lower
control panel illuminated
Cavity lights do not illuminate
when unit is on.
Individual cavity lamp does not
illuminate.
Cause
Unit power plug disconnected.
Problem with building power supply Check circuit breaker at building
Safety cut out thermostat tripped or
defective.
Defective Power Switch.
Door not completely closed.
Defective door switch.
Defective relay.
Defective motor or capacitor.
Defective Rotor Jog Switch.
Improper program settings.
Improper parameter settings.
Defective cooking controller.
Defective gas valve or spark
module.
Defective combustion blower or
pressure switch.
Problem with building gas supply.
Fouled flame sense probe.
Temperature probe connection
