Loading/removing film
• When loading film for the first time, remove the shutter
curtain's protective cover .
• Shutter curtains are very thin. Do not touch the shutter
curtains with your finger or the film leader.
• Avoid direct sunlight when changing film.
Film slack
Do not turn the film rewind crank to reduce film slack, because the tip of the film
may come off and film will not advance properly. It could also damage the shutter
curtain.
DX-coded film
When the camera's film speed is set to
DX-coded film is loaded, film speed will be set
automatically (ISO 25-5000). When a non-DX-
coded film is loaded with the camera film
