3 - manage your contacts using your phonebook
add more information to
your contacts
You can add additional numbers to
contacts stored in your phone's memory:
1 Press and scroll to the name you
want to add additional numbers to.
2 Press Details, then Options and then
scroll to and select Add number.
3 Select a type for the number.
Choose from:
General
I
Mobile
I
Home
I
Office
I
Fax
I
4 Enter the new number and press OK.
5 You will see Saved to phone memory in
the display.
Note: Use the Set as default feature to
select the number that you will call most. If
you scroll to a contact and press this
will be the number your phone calls.
You can also add additional contact
information to a name:
1 At the main display, press and scroll
to the name you want to add additional
contact information to.
2 Press Details, then Options and then
select Add detail. Choose from:
E-mail
I
Web address
I
Postal addr.
I
Note
I
3 Enter the information and press OK.
4 You will see Saved to phone memory in
the display.
Note: You can only add additional numbers
and information to contacts stored in the
phone's memory.

You can edit the contacts in your
phonebook.
To edit a name or number:
1 Enter your phonebook by pressing
2 Scroll to the name you wish to edit and
select Details.
3 Press Options and select Edit
name/number. Scroll to the part of the
name/number you wish to edit. Press
Clear to remove a letter or digit. Press
OK to save your changes.
4 Press to return to the main display.
to delete unwanted
contacts from your
phonebook
. 1 Press Names. Scroll to Delete and
press Select.
2 You can delete either single contacts or
all entries stored in your phonebook.
To delete one entry:
Select One by one to delete a name or
names. Scroll through your phonebook and
press Delete then OK to delete the contact
To delete all entries:
Select Delete all to delete all the names in
your phonebook. You can then choose
whether to delete all the names stored on
your phone's memory or your SIM Card.
Select Delete then press OK. You will need
to enter your security code, which can be
found on page 10.5. Press OK.
