3-12 Gear Capstan, Gear Pulley Ass'y, Belt Timing, Gear Cam Main, Lever Cam
3-12-1 Disassembly
1. Remove the Washer Slit 1 . Then lift the Gear
Capstan 2 .
2. Remove the Belt Timing 3 . Then lift the Gear
Pulley Ass'y 4 .
3. Lift the Gear Cam Main 5 and the Lever Cam 6 .
Note : When reassembling the Gear Cam Main
5 , Align the timing point of the Gear
Mode S/W. (See Fig. A)

3-12-2 Reassembly
1. Mount the Gear Pulley Ass'y 4 on the main
base. Then hang the Belt Timing 3 to the
Gear Pulley Ass'y 4 .
2. Mount the Gear Capstan 2 so that the Belt
Timing 3 is hung to the Gear Capstan 2 .
3. Install the Washer Slit 1 .
4. Insert the Lever Cam 6 into the Pin 7 .
5. Align the hole of the Lever Cam 6 with the
Timing hole "A" of the Main Base .
6. Align the hole of the Gear Cam Main 5 with the
Timing hole "B" of the Main Base. Then mount
the Gear Cam Main 5 .
