Installation of the combustion chamber lining:
The individual chamotte bricks of the
combustion chamber lining must be
i nstalled as numbered, starting with num-
ber (1). The rear baffle plate (10) must be
introduced diagonally into the combustion
chamber until it is above the side walls.
Then the baffle plate must be rotated
horizontally in the free space above the side
bricks and placed in the centre on the side
bricks. In this regard, it is important that the
top side of the deflector plate must be the
rough top side. The front baffle plate (10)
must be inserted in the same manner.
The combustion chamber lining is removed in the reverse sequence.
Important: When removing and installing,
you must ensure that the chamotte does

not hit against edges, fall over, etc. The

bustion chamber lining is reduced through

mechanical damage.

If replacement chamotte bricks are required,
