• The PRL (preferred roaming list) is the area information
of overseas carriers offering international roaming
service in partnership with KDDI (au).
• To obtain (download) the PRL, you need to subscribe
to EZweb and make initial settings (see page 32 ) while
in Japan.

Calling Japan from Overseas

When the standby screen is displayed, use 0
to 9 to enter a phone number.
➡ Press c (Call).
➡ Use j to select Voice Call and then press
c (OK).
➡ Use j to select Call to Japan and then press
c (OK).
➡ Press c (Call).
• You can use the product in either GSM or CDMA
network depending on what country or region you visit.
