startup.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Specifies the method to use for overriding a locked phone when XML
applications are sent to the phone. There are three settings for this
parameter:
• 0 - Phone prevents XML POSTs and XML GETs from being
received or sent.
• 1 - Phone allows XML POSTs; however, XML GETs by pressing
the XML keys (softkeys/programmable keys/extension module
keys) are not allowed.
• 2 - Phone allows XML POSTs to the phone as well as XML GETs
to/from the phone by pressing the XML keys
(softkeys/programmable keys/extension module keys).

CONFIGURATION FILES
startup.cfg, <model>.cfg, <mac>.cfg
Allows you to enable or disable the phone to use port 5060 to send
SIP UDP messages. The value "1" (which is the default) enables the
phone to use port 5060. The value "0" (zero) disables the phone from
using port 5060 and allows the phone to choose a random port to
send SIP UDP messages.
Note: This parameter should be disabled according to M5T.
