At the set time, an FM or AM station is recorded (enabling
recording while you are out or asleep)

Before performing timer recording, be sure to record the
desired station in the station memory.

Perform timer settings with power ON,
Be sure not to set the volume too high.
NOTE:
Make sure that the erasure prevention tabs of the cassette have
not been removed.
OPERATION
Example: To record the radio station stored in channel 2,
beginning at 12 : 00 and ending at 13 : 30.
1. Insert a cassette tape to be recorded into Deck It.
Timer recording begins in the forward direction (>) so
be careful which way you put in the tape.
2. Set the DOLBY NR switch on the cassette deck to
the position of your choice.
3. Press the SET button, then press the timer REC
button.
4. Press the SET button within 5 seconds.
5. Set the ON time. Select the hour with the TUNING
"=" or "+" buttons, and press the SET button. Select
the minutes with the TUNING
"~" or "+" buttons,
and press the SET button.
