Replace "+" code as needed for outgoing calls.

TTY (Text Telephone) mode can be used by people who are deaf,
have poor hearing or speech impairments.
Mark the check box to turn on hearing aid compatibility.
Mark the check box to reduce the background noise.
Set the duration of DTMF tones.
Mark the check box to turn off screen when answering a call.
Mark the check box to vibrate when answering a call.
Touch to input the IP prefix.
Touch to set up speed dial.
Add numbers to blacklist, those numbers will be blocked when
calling your phone.
Mark the check box to enable enhanced privacy mode.
