Queue Rate Service
This section demonstrates how to set up a network environment for the Queue Rate
Service, with Queue 0 having the lowest priority and 7 being the highest. As traffic
comes from the uplink port, traffic in the highest priority queue (Q7) is transmitted
first. We can guarantee the data rate to flow through this queue.
(*Note: We use IES-5106 (MSC1224GB+GLC1320G-55) as an example in this case and
in the following description.)
1. Click Profile > Queue Rate Limit in the navigation panel to display the IES-5106
configuration screen. Enter a descriptive name in the Name field (for example,
IPTV).Then setting the rate of CIR and PIR.
(*Note: CIR should be less than or equal to PIR.)
(*Note 2: CIR and PIR should be a multiple of 64.)
