Slide the SIM tray all the
way into the SIM tray
slot. Make sure that the
contact area on the card
is facing upwards, and
that the bevelled corner
is facing towards the
slot.
Note that the upper flap of the
SIM tray fits against the SIM
tray slot.

Insert the battery.

Replace the back cover.

If the device asks for a UPIN code
or lock code, enter it, and press
. The factory setting for the
lock code is 12345.
When you switch your device on for
the first time, it may ask you to select
a country and city and set the time
and date. To find the country or city,
enter the first letters of the name.
Your device has internal antennas.
Note: As with
any radio
transmitting
device, avoid
touching an
antenna
unnecessarily
when the antenna
is in use. For
example, avoid
touching the cellular antenna during a phone call.
