Ingredients:
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp . sugar
1/4 tsp . baking powder
1/8 tsp . baking soda
1/8 tsp . salt
2 Tbsp . applesauce
2 Tbsp . milk
1/2 Tbsp . vegetable oil
1/4 tsp . vanilla
2 Tbsp . chocolate chips
Directions:
1 . Heat toaster oven to 375°F .
2 . Combine dry ingredients in small bowl .
3 . Mix together applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients .
4 . Fold in chocolate chips .
5 . Spoon batter into a greased oven safe coffee mug .
6 . Bake 15-17 min . or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean .
