    Set-Up Insert the clutch cable handle fitting into the hole on the right side of the upper handle. See Fig. 3-3. Gas & Oil Fill-Up Service the engine with gasoline and oil as instructed in the separate engine manual packed with your tiller. Read the instructions carefully.
