12 Troubleshooting

The following table lists some common problems and their solutions.
Problem
My phone isn't
charging
My phone isn't
making/receiving
calls
I can't listen to
my voice
messages
When I insert my
SIM card into
another phone,
it's rejected

Possible cause
The charger and phone aren't
properly connected
The charger is not properly plugged
into the wall
The battery isn't charged
The signal strength is poor
You don't have voicemail service
You haven't setup your voicemail
service with your wireless provider
You haven't saved your voicemail
number to your phone
You've forgotten your password or
are entering it incorrectly
The voicemail number you have
saved to your phone is incorrect
Fixed dialing is activated on your
SIM card and the receiving phone
doesn't support fixed dialing
A proper enhancement (headset or
music stand) is not connected to
the phone.
No radio frequencies are saved in
memory.
Volume needs adjustment.
