Theupperrack allows2"of adjustmentup or down
to accommodatelargeitems.Theupperrack may
be loweredby pushingthe longflaps on eachsideof
the rack.Thiswillallowyou to lowerthe rack (see fig.
UpperRock). To raisethe rock,lift up on the rock until
the rocklocksin place.
CAUTION: Aloaded upper
rack may be heavier than anticipated. To
prevent minor injury or damage to the
contents, do not raise or lower the upper
rack after the rack is loaded.
Toadd flexibility in loading,the utility shelf (on
somemodels)may be placedin the up or down
positionor unfoldedand placedin the lower
unfoldedposition.The shelf may also be usedto
securestemwaresuch aswine glasses. B ecause
these stemware itemscome in varioussizes,slowly
pushthe rock in to ensurethe items do not bump
into the edgesof the dishwasher, w hich may cause
damageto the items.
Thefold down tines Ionsome models)provide
flexibility for extra-large and hard-to-fit items.
Thetine rows can be adjusted to a vertical or
lay-down position.
