Establishing a connection

ATDn
When this command is issued, the MicroLink ISDN i attempts to establish a
connection and dials the telephone number n. n may consist of the numerals
0 to 9, * and #. The maximum length for the complete dialing string is 36
characters, not including ATD. The following special characters may be
inserted; all other characters will be ignored:

The call establishment can be aborted at any time during the dialing process
by entering any character other than line feed, XON or XOFF.
