Connecting to additional equipment
Connecting to a TVOnly
TVhasonlya singleAntennaIn or RF-Injack
Before you begin, make sure you have an RF modulator and extra RF coaxial cables.
These are not supplied with the player, but are available from Magnavox or most
consumer electronics retailers.
Connect the black end of the suppliedcable to the player'sAUDIO/ VIDEOjack.
Connect the otheryellow end tothe VIDEOIN jack on the RFmodulator. TheVIDEO IN
jack onthe RFmodulator is usuallyyellowand mightbe labelledVIDEO, CVBS, C OMPOSITE,
or BASEBAND.
2 Connect the red end of the samecable to one of the AUDIOIN jacks on the RF
modulator. A udiojackson the RFmodulator usually are red(right)andwhite (left).Matchthe
cablecolorto the jack color.
3 Youprobably alreadyhavean antenna or CableTVsignalconnected to the ANTENNA IN jack
onyourTV.
Disconnectit now fromtheTV. Reconnect the antennaor CableTV signalto the
ANTENNAIN jack on yourRFmodulator.
