Quick start guide

Charge
1 Slide the POWER switch to the OFF position
(charging of the DVD player only possible in the
power-off mode).
IR/POWER/CHR
2 Connect the supplied power adaptor to the player
and to AC outlet to start charging.
➜ The red CHR indicator turns on. It takes
about 4 hours to fully charge the battery.
➜
When the battery is fully charged, the indicator
turns off.
Notes:
– It is impossible to charge the battery when the environ-
ment temperature drops below 0°C or exceed 35°C.
– When the environment temperature is above 35°C, the
indicator twinkles.

Prepare your remote control
1 Open the battery compartment.
2 Insert 1 x lithium 3V battery, type CR2025, with the
correct polarity (+/-) as indicated).
3 Close the battery compartment.

Enjoy (Disc operation)
1 Open the lid of the player.
2 Slide the POWER switch to ON to turn on the
DVD player.
➜ The green POWER indicator turns on.
3 Press OPEN to open the disc door.
4 Remove the protective card (if any) and load a disc
with the label side facing up.
5 Close the disc door. Playback will start automatical-
ly. If not, press 2;.
6 To stop playback, press 9. twice.

Enjoy (AV OUT)
Connecting additional equipment (TV for
example)
1 Connect the AV OUT socket on the set to the
video and audio sockets on a TV as shown.
2 Switch on the TV and set to the correct video-in
channel.
➜ You can consult the owner's manual of your TV.
(If your TV does not have Audio and Video
inputs, you will need to purchase a RF modula-
tor. Please consult your dealer.)

Charge de la batterie
1 Réglez l'interrupteur POWER sur OFF (le lecteur
de DVD peut être chargé en mode hors tension
uniquement).
2 Pour démarrer la charge, utilisez le cordon de
l'adaptateur secteur fourni pour brancher le lecteur
sur une prise secteur.
➜ Le voyant de charge rouge est allumé. Une
charge complète de la batterie prend environ 4
heures.
➜ Lorsque la batterie est entièrement chargée, le
voyant de charge rouge s'éteint.
Remarque:
– Lors de la charge de la batterie, la température doit
être comprise entre 0 et 35°C.
– WesternLorsque la température dépasse 35°C, le voy-
ant clignote.

Préparation de la télécommande
1 Ouvrez le compartiment des piles.
2 Insérez 1 pile CR2025 en respectant la polarité
(+/-) indiquée.
