Fast Handover

With Fast Handover enabled, the AP will send a disassociation request to the wireless client and let it find another AP to handover and associate upon
detecting the wireless client's RSSI value as lower than specified. The RSSI value can be adjusted to allow more clients to stay associated to this AP. Note
that setting the RSSI value too low may cause wireless clients to reconnect frequently.
