I dropped my remote, and now it will not respond at all. I have tried resetting the remote but that hasn’t worked either. Can you help?

If your URC MX-890i remote is unresponsive after being dropped, try these steps:
1. Check the Battery – Remove the battery and inspect it for damage. If the battery appears damaged, replace it. 2. Restart the Remote – Take out the battery, wait a few minutes, then reinstall it and power the remote back on. 3. Inspect for Physical Damage – Check if the remote has any visible cracks or loose components that could affect functionality. 4. Reset to Factory Condition – If possible, reset the remote to its factory settings. 5. Dry if Exposed to Liquid – If the remote was dropped in liquid, remove the battery and let it dry for 48 hours before using it again. 6. Contact a Dealer – If the remote remains unresponsive, consult a Complete Control dealer for further assistance.
