    where -h ipaddress is the new IP address in dotted decimal (i.e., xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) format, and -m netMask is the new subnet mask in dotted decimal (i.e., xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) format. Step 7. To change the switch default gateway IP address enter: setDefaultRoute -h ipaddress where -h ipaddress is the new default gateway IP address in dotted decimal (i.e., xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) format.

  • Page 10 If the user has purchased the InfiniBand Fabric Suite 2008 package, in order to activate the subnet manager the user must acquire a subnet manager (SM) license key from QLogic Technical Support. In order to do this, the user must first find the globally unique identifier (GUID) for the managed spine module to be used as the master SM.
