  • Page 12 Trouble shooting 1. There is no sound coming from the earphones Please check volume on your audio device to make sure it is outputting sound. Please make sure that the 3.5mm plug is fully inserted into your audio device. Sometimes a case or protective cover can prevent a good connection.
