SPARK ARRESTOR
Thismachineisequippedwith an internalcombustionengine andshould
not be usedon or nearany unimprovedforest-covered,brushcoveredor
grass-covered land unlessthe engine'sexhaustsystemis equippedwith a
sparkarrestor meeting applicablelocalor statelaws (if any).
Ifa sparkarrestoris used,it should bemaintained in effective working order
by the operator. Inthe Stateof Californiathe aboveis required by law (Section
4442of the CaliforniaPublicResources C ode).Otherstatesmay havesimilar
laws. Federal l awsapply on federal lands.
