Reporting Problems

When you report a problem with a 7133 Serial Disk system, or with a device mounted
in a SSA Disk Subsystem, it is important that you report the following information, in
addition to the error information (the SRN) given to you by your operating system:
The machine type number
The machine model number
The machine serial number
To see the machine serial number of a 7133 unit, open the flap on the front cover. To
do this, push the latch button and hinge the flap to the left.
