Installation (duct is not supplied) 1. The range hood should be mounted at a distance of 650mm from an electric or induction cooktop and 700mm from a gas cooktop for optimum performance. If the instructions for installation of the gas cooktop specify a greater distance, this has to be taken into account (see pic 1). -

7. Be sure that the plug is accessible after installation 8. Ensure that the wall the hood is to be installed on is sufficiently sturdy to carry the weight of the hood. It should be mounted level for best performance 9. -

How to Use 3 speed adjustment (see pic 7) o Touch the Low button, and the motor will run at the lowest speed o Touch the Mid button, and the motor will run at medium speed o Touch the High button, and the motor will run at the highest speed o Touch the Light button, and the lighting lamps will illuminate. -

Grounding Instructions o This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded. -
