Troubleshooting I cannot pair with my mobile phone - Ensure your headset is power on and fully charged - Ensure the Bluetooth setting is activated on your phone - Ensure the headset is at pairing mode (flashes blue and red alternately) - Ensure the headset is not out of range of your phone If the above steps do not solve the problem, please turn off the headset and recharge the headset, and then try again.
