Replacing the Optical Drive

Procedure

1
Align the screw holes on the optical-drive bracket with the screw holes on
the optical drive.
2
Replace the screws that secures the optical drive to the optical-drive
bracket.
3 Align the screw holes on the optical-drive assembly with the screw holes
on the chassis.
4 Replace the screws that secure the optical-drive bay assembly to the
chassis.
5 Plug the power cable and data cable to the optical drive.

1 Replace both the left and right side-panels. See
