2-9. Iris Level Adjustment
Adjustment location: Computer screen
Measuring location: VIDEO OUT
Measuring equipment: Oscilloscope
Subject: Gray scale chart
Adjusting method:
1. Use the " " button to be IRIS in the adjustment window.
2. Display the gray scale chart at designated picture angle.
3. Because adjustment is carried out from the open side of
the lens, use the scroll bar to momentarily set the
adjustment value to its maximum so that the white level is
saturated.
4. Use the scroll bar to gradually reduce the adjustment value
until the output reaches the level of 700 ± 10 mVp-p.

2-10. CCD White Point Defect Detect Adjustment
Measuring location: VIDEO OUT
Measuring equipment: Monitor display
Adjustment method:
1. Shield light with a lens cap to provide dark condition.
2. Use the " " button to be WDD in the adjustment window.
3. Click the AUTO button.
4. After completing the CCD White Defect Detect adjustment,
it comfirms that white point can not be seen on the monitor
display.
5. Click the END button.

Adjusting method:
1. Adjust with CT211 to 4433619 Hz ± 10 Hz.

Adjusting method:
1. Adjust with CT232 to 5.0 ± 0.2 V.

2-13. Line Phase Adjustment
Adjustment location: VR271 (CA-2)
Measuring location: VIDEO OUT, 24 V AC/GND
Measuring equipment: Oscilloscope
Adjusting method:
1. Connect the camera to a 24 V AC /50 Hz power source.
2. Connect the + (red) power supply lead to the HOT side of
the probe, and connect the – (black) power supply lead to
the COLD side of the probe.
3. Turn VR271 (LINE PHASE) to adjust the leading edge of
the vertical sync signal and zero-cross shift of the AC 24 V
power supply to 0 ± 0.2 msec.
