ADJUSTMENTS GAS ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP BELT _______________________________________ Inspect and adjust new belt after first 24-48 hours of operation. Adjust every 200 hours thereafter. Adjust hydraulic pump belt so belt deflects 1/4” to 1/2” (6 -12 mm) with a 20 lb. push at midpoint between pulleys.
