PART IDENTIFICATION CHART Use the drawings below to identify small parts used for assembly. The number in parentheses below each draw- ing is the key number of the part, from the PART LIST near the end of this manual. The number following the key number is the quantity used for assembly.

3. Identify the Left and Right Upright Covers (82, 83). Slide the Left Upright Cover (82) onto the left Upright (89). Slide the Right Upright Cover (83) onto the right Upright. Then, press the Left and Right Upright Covers (82, 83) downward until they snap into place. 4.

5. Attach the right handrail assembly (C) to the right Upright (89) with two 5/16" x 2 3/4" Screws (28) and two 5/16" Star Washers (11); do not tighten the Screws yet. Remove the two indicated screws (B) from the right handrail assembly (C), and discard the screws.

7. Identify the Right and Left Trays (27, 36). Attach the Trays (36, 27) to the Console Base (64) with eight #8 x 1/2" Screws (1). Note: It may be easier to start the two inside Screws and then slide the Trays into place before tightening the other six Screws.

9. With the help of a second person, hold the con- sole assembly near the left Handrail (86) and the Console right Handrail (not shown). Assembly Connect the ground wire on the console assem- bly to the Console Ground Wire (105). Next, connect the console wire to the Upright Wire (81).

13. Tighten a #8 x 3/4" Screw (2) into the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) and into the bottom of the left handrail assembly (A); do not over- tighten the Screw. Press the Left Inside Upright Cover (88) against the Left Outside Upright Cover (87) until they snap together.
