Picasa™ Web Albums Synchronization
Save a Google™ Account associated with Picasa Web Albums
to handset. If you save a Google Account to handset then
create a Picasa Web Albums account with that Google Account,
corresponding Picasa Web Albums is unsynchronizable on
handset.
