How toGetServiceUndertheTermsofthe Limited One-Year Warranty
Whenyoususpectanitem isdefective, please check the operator'smanualforstandardoperation and
trouble-shooting techniquesthat m ay correcttheproblem. Additional informationmaybefoundon the
M.T.H.Website. Should youstillrequireservice,follow theinstructionsbelowtoobtainwarranty
service.
First,e-mail,write,call or f ax a M.T.H. A uthorizedServiceCenter(ASC)in your area toobtainRepair
Authorization. Youcan findthe listofASCsontheM.T.H.Website, www.mth-railking.com.
Authorized Service Centersare required tomakewarrantyrepairson itemssold
allotherrepairs may--ormaynotbedoneatthestore'sowndiscretion. If youdidnotpurchasethe
itemdirectlyfrom theASC,youwillneedtoselectaNationalAuthorizedServiceCenter(NASC).
Thesecentersarecompensated byM.T.H. toperform warranty service for anycustomerwhoserepair
qualifies forwarranty service. A listofNASCretailerscanbelocatedonthe M.T.H. Website orby
calling1-888-640-3700. Should thewarranty no longer apply, youmaychooseeitheranASCor
NASCretailer to service yourM.T.H. Product. A reasonable service feewill becharged.
CAUTION: Mak e sure theproductispackedinitsoriginalfactorypackagingincludingits foamand
plasticwrapping materialtopreventdamagetothemerchandise. There isnoneedtoreturntheentire
setifonlyoneofthecomponentsisin needof repair
T h e shipmentmustbeprepaid andwe recommend thatitbe insured.Acover letter includingyour
name,address, daytime phonenumber, e-mail a ddress(if available),ReturnAuthorization number
(ifrequired by t h e s ervice center, a c o p y o f y o u r sales receipt a nd a fulldescription ofthe problem
mustbe includedtofacilitate the repairs. Pleaseincludethe descriptionregardlessofwhether you
discussed theproblemwithaservicetechnician when contactingtheService Center foryourReturn
Authorization.
