PRECAUTIONS DURING SERVICE Initializing This Unit Initialize this unit if you have replaced the microprocessor, one of the parts around the microprocessor, or the digital PCB. Unplug sound bar from wall. Hold down the "Vol – (minus)"." Plug into power again. Standby button light will blink fast for several seconds indicating that the system has been reset.
DISASSEMBLY • Remove each part in the order of the arrows below. • Reassemble removed parts in the reverse order. • Read“ SAFETY PRECAUTION” before reassembling removed parts. • If wire bundles are removed or moved during adjustment or part replacement, reshape the wires after completing thework.

FIRMWARE UPDATE PROCEDURE 1. MCU firmware updating by USB 1.1. Items to Be Prepared • Windows PC • USB cable (A-Mini B) • Copy ‘D&M Group Soundbar Flash Programmer’ application in your PC. • Copy the two update files in the same folder on your PC. •...

(4) Press ‘Load Hex file’ button. and load the HEX file(update file). (5) Press “Erase-Program-Verify” button to start the F/W update. When the update completes, the application shows “Programing completed Verification successful“ (6) Press “Bootloader Ver” button, and verify the MCU F/W version and region.

TROUBLE SHOOTING Check the each voltage 1. Check 24V Start (MAIN PWB) Check the voltage pin 1 of J5 conector. Replace the AC Adaptor. Is the voltage in the specification? (24V±10%) Finish 2. Check 5.2V Start (MAIN PWB) Check the input voltage 5 pin of U27. Check the soldering of the L45.
4. Check BK5V Start (MAIN PWB) Check the input voltage 1 pin of U23. Check the soldering of L44. Is the voltage in the specification? (5V±5%) Is the 5V output from 5 pin of U23? Check the soldering of the U23. Finish 5.
7. Check 1.8V Start (MAIN PWB) Check the input voltage 3 pin of U28. Check the soldering of L47, Q11, R262, Q12 and R263. Is the voltage in the specification? (5V±5%) Is the 1.8V output from 2 or 4 pin of U28? Check the soldering of the U28.
10. Check D.RF3.3V Start (MAIN PWB) Check the input voltage 3 pin of U31. Check the soldering of L47, Q11, R262, Q12 and R263. Is the voltage in the specification? (5V±5%) Is the 3.3V output form 2 or 4 pin of U31? Check the soldering of U31.
13. No sound is output from Rch Start (MAIN PWB) Check the input signal 4, 5, 10 and 11 pin of U19. Replace Main PWB. Is the audio signal being input? Check the output signal 21, 23, 27 and 29 pin of U19. Check the soldering of U19.
15. No sound is output from Subwoofer Start (MAIN PWB) Check the input signal 20,21 and 22 pin of IC2. Replace Main PWB. Is the audio signal being input? Check the output signal 39 and 46 pin of IC2. Check the soldering of IC2. Is a PWM being output? Check the soldering of L4, L5, FB2 and FB4.
