Operation procedure of DIAG menu
and Sub-menu
There are 24 menu items, each of having sub-menu
items.

DIAG menu selection:

Select the menu using "PROGRAM" knob.

Sub-menu selection:

Select the sub-menu using "SCENE 2" (forward) / "SCENE
1" (reverse) keys or "PRESET/TUNING >" (forward) /
"PRESET/TUNING <" (reverse) keys (U, C, R, T, K, A, G,
E, L models).

Functions in DIAG mode
In addition to the DIAG menu items, functions as listed
below are available.
• Power on/off
• Master volume
• Muting
• Speaker relay control of A and B
• Input selection
• Audio select
• Tone control
* Functions related to the tuner and the set menu are
not available.

Initial settings used to start DIAG

The following initial settings are used when starting
DIAG.
When DIAG is canceled, these settings are restored
to those before starting DIAG.
• Master volume: -20 dB
• Input: DVD (MULTI CHANNEL INPUT OFF)
• Effect level: 0 dB
• DIAG menu: 1. ANALOG BYPASS
