My Infinity I-8000 is alarming continuously when going into zero gravity position. When pushing the recline button the feet come up and the chair alarms continuously. Likewise pushing the back up brings the feet up instead. All other functions appear to perform properly.

The continuous alarm when the Infinity IT-8000 Series chair enters the Zero Gravity position could be caused by improper user positioning during body shape sensing. The chair performs body shape sensing at the start of an auto program or after adjusting the electric cylinder position. If the user is not sitting correctly during this process, it may not complete properly, potentially triggering an alarm. Ensure the user sits properly until shoulder adjustment on the VFD display stops flashing.
