User's Manual Earth Ground Resistance Tester Model 382152 Introduction Congratulations on your purchase of the Extech Earth Ground Resistance Tester. This device can measure resistance (in 3 ranges) and AC voltage to 200V. 2mA constant current test signal permits earth resistance tests without tripping current breakers in the circuit under test.
