Basic Flash Photography
When the Speedlite 550EX is attached to a Type-S camera such as the EOS-
tN, you can take flash pictures with TTL autoflash as easily a5 normal
autoexposure
(AE)
pictures. Flash photography can be fully automatic-all
you do is press the shutter button. Or you can set the desired shutter speed
and aperture and stm obtain autoflash exposure.
With the EOS-1 N, the flash exposure is controlled by real-time, 3-z:one, off-
the-film TTL autoflash metering linked to the active focusing point.

Before proceeding. lirs! turn on the EOS-IN and the SSOEX.
