1. Installing Batteries
Speedlite 550EX requires one
of
the following two types of
baneries:
(1)
Size-AA alkaline
LR6 batteries
x 4
(2)
Size-AA Nicad KR15f51
batteries
x 4

Slide the battery
compartment
cover
as
shown
by
the
arrow and
flip It up.

Insert the batteries
with the
+
and
-
contacts oriented
as
shown
in
the
battery comparlment.

Close the battery compartmen
t
cover
as
shown
in
the
figure.
