PROGRAM CHIP DIAGNOSTICS:

Turn power OFF. Verify you have a Program Chip inserted Remove and reinsert Program Chip. Attempt to operate
in connector "A". unit again.
IF unit does NOT display 82 Error Code, unit had a loose
connection.
