7. Connecting Stations

Do not install a telephone socket in a damp place if the socket is not specially
manufactured for use in that environment.
Digital Keysets
Connect a digital keyset to a desired DLI port using a twisted pair cable with 0.40 mm or 0.50
mm conductors. The DX-408/DX-408i digital key system provides 4 ports, DLI1 through to
DLI4, for digital keysets.
All cabling for keysets must use cabling that has no Tees or other connections to the cable.
