The hand pulse sensors (K) are the built-in heart rate monitoring sys-
tem on the treadmill. During a workout, grasp the sensors that are set
into the handlebars. For an accurate reading, use a comfortable grip.
The console displays the heart rate after 15 to 20 seconds.
