STEP 7:
• Loop the LAT CABLE (11) around one 3-1/2" PULLEY (10) as shown in FIGURE 7.
• LOOSELY assemble the 3-1/2" PULLEY (11) to the1-3/4 X 5-1/4" PLATES (14) using one 3/8 X 2" BOLT (16) and one 3/8"
