Problem

Possible Cause
The battery is not charging
correctly due to an electrical
failure.
The cell phone does not support
the Bluetooth function.
A connection error has occurred.
The Bluetooth headset is not
registered to the handset.

Solution
Unplug the AC adaptor from the AC
outlet, remove the battery from the
handset, and consult your dealer.
R Confirm that the cell phone
supports Bluetooth wireless
technology.
R Confirm that the cell phone
supports the Object Push Profile
(OPP) or Phone Book Access
Profile (PBAP) specification.
R If the cell phone is already
connected to another Bluetooth
device such as a Bluetooth
headset, turn it off or disconnect it
from the cell phone.
R Turn the cell phone off, and then
turn it on and try again.
Register the Bluetooth headset to
the handset.
