At startup a screen
with a cross appears
The unit slightly heats
up
The unit is suspended
The device can not be
charged either restarts
The device is unstable
Calibration required
Faulty file or wrong operation
Wrong power supply
Charger is not charging, no charging indicator
on the charger
Damaged system files or navigation software

Perform touch screen calibration
This is normal during operation
and during charging.
Perform reset with reset button
Make sure you use correct car or
AC charger. It's impossible to
charge your device from PC.
Check if the charger is connected
properly. Check the fuse in the
charger, check the fuse in your
car.
Reinstall the firmware
downloaded from
www.navroad.com (DOWNLOAD).
Read the upgrade manual first.
Reinstall navigation software.
