Troubleshooting

FAULT
It's impossible to
switch on the device
Device can't find GPS
signal
Touch screen responds

Can't launch

CAUSE
Battery is discharged
Wrong navigation software settings
Interferences from other electromagnetic
devices or device is covered
Wrong calibration
Wrong volume setting
FM transmitter is enabled
Missing memory card
Missing navigation software
Damaged memory card
SOLUTION
Connect the charger, charge the
battery.
Check GPS settings in your
navigation software
Place the device in an open space
with a view of a sky. Take out
from other electric devices.
Perform calibration
Chheck volume settings of device
and navigation software
Disable FM transmitter
Check if the memory card with
navigation software is inserted
Install navigation software
Backup memory card contents if
possible, format memory card
and reinstall the software.
