HTTP server ID - Select HTTP server ID.
HTTP server name - Type the HTTP server name.
HTTP server port - Type the HTTP server port.
Authentication - Select the authentication required by the HTTP server.
User name - Type the user name.
Password - Type the password.
Re -type password - Re -confirm the password.
Click Apply to confirm your settings.
