Step 8 Attach the cable cover with the screws removed at Step 2
and attach the ALC lens connector from the lens to the
camera.

Open the slide cover.

Attach the cable cover to the camera by sliding it from the back of the camera to the front as
shown in the illustration below.

Use the screw removed at Step 2 to fasten it.
(Recommended tightening torque: 0.39 N·m {0.29 lbf·ft})

Connect the ALC lens connector to the camera body.

Close the slide cover.
Note:
• Check that the ALC lens connector is inserted correctly.
