Hours of Service (HOS)

The hours of service (HOS) are regulations
issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration (FMCSA) governing the working
hours of anyone operating a commercial motor
vehicle (CMV) in the United States.
Driver
Driver Log
Note: HOS and IFTA will only operate when a driver
profile is created on the device.
Add/Delete Driver
On the Map screen, tap the HOS button.
From the Driver menu, tap the Edit button.
To Add driver, tap
then tap Save. Create a Password, tap Save.
Confirm Password, tap Save.
To Delete driver, tap the trash bin icon and
confirm the deletion.
Note: It is not possible to delete a current driver. Please
log off the driver before deletion.

Time to Next Break
Select a driver in the log. Then tap a status
that is appropriate to the situation. The screen
will display Next Break time, and End of Shift
time when necessary (Driving or On Duty).
Time to Next Break and Time to End of Day is
displayed on the Map Screen.
Tap the log book icon in the bottom right side
of the Driver Status menu. Tap the desired
entry in the log book.
HOS Driver Signature
From HOS Driver Log, tap the Log Book icon.
A list with log book entries will appear. Tap the
desired entry to open the log book. From the
Log Book screen, tap Sign. Sign your name on
the screen, and tap Done. A prompt will
appear. Tap Save to confirm.
