Congratulations on your purchase of a Magellan® RoadMate™! Your Magellan RoadMate will quickly become your best
companion in the car as you route to your destinations with ease and confidence. The Magellan RoadMate is designed for
ease of installation while retaining portability. Only three connections are required: power, ground, and the external antenna.
No vehicle speed, reverse lights, or any other electrical connection is needed.
We have provided this instruction sheet for the experienced do-it-yourselfer who may wish to install the Magellan RoadMate.
HOWEVER, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION OF THE MAGELLAN ROADMATE FIXED MOUNT KIT BY AN AUTHORIZED
MAGELLAN DEALER IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. If you choose to do your own installation, be sure to read all
directions first then carefully follow them step-by-step.

To redeem the Coupon online go to: www.pro-fit-intl.com/roadmate. You will be instructed to select the mount made for
your vehicle and asked to fill in the Coupon number and shipping address. (Please note all makes and models of
automobiles are not supported with specific mounts.) You may need to use the universal mount, namely the UltiMount™, if
your particular vehicle has no VSM available. You may also redeem your Coupon by calling Pro.Fit International at
800.388.0073. Visit their website www.pro-fit-intl.com to learn more about the specific vehicle mounting brackets and
what is currently available. You may also view and download instructions for the specific mount for your vehicle.
Mounts will be shipped the following business day via UPS ground service.
